Steps

Sift the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
Mix the wet ingredients in a second bowl (oil, vanilla, vinegar and water)
Pour the liquids over the dry ingredients while mixing to moisten the whole thing
Pour into an oiled mold about 9 to 45/25 minutes then adjust the cooking according to your oven
A toothpick should come out clean in the center

Notes

1- For a vanilla cake, omit the cocoa and for another flavor, replace the vanilla with another extract of flavor ... orange, caramel, etc, to choose! 2- Do not hesitate to check the cooking a little before a little before 45 min, or 23 min for the cupcakes, if you separate the mixture in 2 to make 2 cake, the cooking time will be reduced to about 30-35 minutes .
