StepsCook 500 g pasta in boiling water.Reserve some cooking water for the endClean and cook steamed broccoli in the microwaveGrind broccoli, garlic, basil and walnuts in a food processor to obtain a granular puree, not completely smoothAdd grated parmesan cheese (see recipe), olive oil, salt and apple cider vinegar. MixMix the pesto with the pasta, add a bottom of cooking water as needed and serve warm
