Ingredients 1 1/2 cups of lukewarm water 1 cup of sour dough starter 1 1/2 cups of bread flour 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour 1 1/4 tsp of salt 1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
StepsIn the bread machine pan, add the water, the sour dough starter (it should float if it is ready), the flour and the salt.Put the pan in the bread machine, on the "Dough" setting.When the machine beeps for adding the extra ingredients, add the raisins and the sunflower seeds.At the end of cycle, take out the dough from the pan, and fold it on itself 4 times. the first 2 times, add a ground cinnamon layer on the fold.Briefly shape the dough in a ball by tucking the sides to the bottom with your fingers.Place the dough on parchmin paper on an oven plate and put a bowl upside down over the dough for 4 hoursPreheat the oven at 400F, then put take off the bowl and put the plate on the oven for 30 minutesLet the bread cool on a grid for at least 30 minutes
