Steps

  1. Put all the ingredients except the cucumber in a blender to standardize
  2. When the sauce is creamy, add the diced cucumber
  3. Adjust salt and lemon juice to taste
  4. Serve cold, a few hours of maceration is ideal

Notes

Cashews can be boiled for 10 minutes to avoid 4 hours of soaking
