Steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients to obtain a paste, refrigerate for about 1h30 - 2h.
  2. Preheat the cooking oil to 350 F. Divide the dough into 10 portions.Stretch with your fingertips or flat with a little flour and cook one piece at a time, a few minutes on each side until you get a nice golden color.
  3. Shake the drained beaver tails in a closed dish with the mixture of sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon, Serve!

Notes

1 inch of oil in a cauldron replaces the fryer very well.
